Abarth 500/595 BAGS by OCD Suspension Pack

BAGS By OCD is their own brand and exclusive to Only Charged Dubs. This range has been designed to be a higher quality of the BAG over Coilover adaption. We combine the BAGS to BC Racing Coilovers. The kit comes as a complete and brand new BC racing coilover kit, which come standard with 30 point adjustable damping, threaded body height adjustment, camber adjustable front top mounts (if applicable), great quality ride and easy to replace parts and structure for DIY servicing!

To confirm, the price quoted does include brand new BC Racing Coilovers, direct from manufacture. The BC Coilovers retail alone at £849.99. The BC spring kit will be included too once they have been converted to BAGS, should you ever want to put the car back to static or sell everything on in future.

So they developed a kit based on BC Racing dampers, using the BAGS by OCD to covert to true air suspension. The same as the common AirLift Performance kits do.

This gives you a direct fitting suspension pack, design by BC exactly for the Fiat 500. They add in camber adjustable front top mounts to aid in adjustment.
You then also have the standard threaded body height adjustment & 30 point dampening adjustment for both front & rear dampers.
The fronts have our slim double bellow airbags installed to them, which are assemble in house & pressure test by hand.
The rear kit is a little different, the Fiat 500 rear spring design has a large 'bump stop' or locating mount, which doesn't leave any room for drop. This has to be removed to mount the air spring, which is the same size slim double bellow as installed to the front, just with correct mount fixings for the 500 rear axle.

This is however where the kit betters the rest, when developing the 500 kit on their first customers vehicle and comparing to other kits he'd been offered and others that had been seen installed. They found other shops, like your current £3k quote, cutting this rear mount to install an airbag. Mostly by welding it to the vehicle.
We feel this gives, you the customer, a poor kit with no real chance of being able to remove the air and go back to standard should you wish to, ie when selling the car.
With the kit, this mount still requires removing but have approached this differently, drilling the spot welds and removing the mount in one full piece. This allows the airbag kit to be mounted flat and direct to the chassis rails, giving the maximum drop available while also allowing for easy removal and a simple way of installing the OR coil spring mount by spot welding back in original positions.

BAGS are also sold separately, in case you are already running BC Coilovers! A full set of BAGS will be around £600 for all four, depending on the style of BAGS suitable for your chassis.

All BAGS&BC kits are hand assembled to order and use Extra Low BC Racing dampers where available. As such the BC kit can take 2-3 weeks to come in to stock. They will then carry out the BAGS conversion & pressure test fully to ensure fault free operation & provide you with 1 year warranty.
