§ 8 Used Oil Collection Point for Delivery to End Users
(1) Anyone who commercially supplies internal combustion engine or gear oil to end users must, before delivery, set up a collection point according to paragraph 2 for such used oils or prove such a collection point through an appropriate contractual agreement. When supplying to private end users, information about the collection point according to paragraph 2 must be provided by easily recognizable and legible signs at the point of sale.
(2) The collection point must accept used internal combustion engine or gear oils free of charge up to the amount of internal combustion engine and gear oils supplied in individual cases. It must have facilities that enable the oil change to be carried out professionally.
(3) If the collection point is not at the point of sale, it must be in such a spatial relationship to the point of sale that its use is reasonable for the buyer.
(4) Paragraphs 1 to 2 apply analogously to oil filters and oil-containing waste regularly generated during an oil change.
(5) Paragraphs 1 to 4 apply accordingly if telecommunication means are used for the commercial sale of internal combustion engine and gear oils to end users.

You can drop off the oils there at any time during our opening hours. Alternatively, you can send us the oil, provided you cover the shipping costs.
Please note when shipping that special transport conditions may apply to used oil.
